Investigating officer noted an "unusual smell" near Platform 2 and an unaccounted-for 47-minute gap in the station's security footage. The cameras were not malfunctioning. This has been confirmed. The department does not know what this means.

Mara was a researcher studying the town's founding period. Her notes were recovered. Most pages were blank. Three pages contained only the phrase "IT WAS HERE FIRST" written in descending size until the letters were too small to read. Her library card was found in the sealed section. The sealed section has been sealed since 1954.

Case remains open. Two pairs of shoes were recovered at the field's edge. Both pairs were neatly placed, side by side, facing the mill. Laces tied. A third pair — adult-sized, unknown owner — was found beside them. The third pair has since gone missing from the evidence locker.

Eleanor was located safe and in good health. She could not account for the 14 hours she was missing and reports no memories of the period.
